Calstock, along the river to Okeltor, Okeltor Reserve and back on the road by the Sewage works.
An easy route, lots to see for entertainment, one steep climb up steps in Okeltor reserve.
This walk was a gem on perfect evening. The low water allowed he viewing of the old quays along the river
Park in the car park and turn up stream along the levee. Keep on going and spot where one has walked previously. The opposite bank offers lots of interesting abandoned quays, boats and  views of waterside cottages. The walk through the Okeltor reserve is well signposted with information  points.  Return via the sewage works- even the angry notice outside is worth a read and back into Calstock


Small joys: Seeing the  amount of mine workings now looking eerily romantic. Discovering Okeltor and wanting to see it in all seasons.
