Cycle from Gunnislake to Waitrose, Botus Fleming, Pillaton

Date cycled: 17th August, 2008.

Weather: Dry, bright pleasant and not hot.


Cycle from Gunnislake to Waitrose, Botus Fleming, Pillaton, the Clapper Bridge, up the hill (!!) to Amy Tree  and down Axford Hill to Callington and return home along the ( now cycle track) .

I was keen to cycle the route I drive almost every day just to understand the lie of the land so set of early and reached waitrose before it opened and then dandled my way back up the Lynher.


30.9 miles at 8.3 mph, home by 2.00pm
