Seaton Country Park
Park at Seaton,on the coast (303543) and follow the path northwards through the country park past ponds hooching with fish. Thers is a short option return along the road.Pressing onwards the valley becomes much less country park and more woody with duckboards taking you over boggy bits. The river is intermittently alongside and there is alwasy the chance of an otter or kingfisher.
This is an easy uncomplicated walk with lots of shade( or drips) in the more northerly section.
